How do I choose my room mates?

It's easy, once you have signed up for the trip, you may fill out a
room mate request form and turn it in to Mr. Toney. The best
way to guarantee your choice is to fill out the request together
with your preferred room mates and turn all four in together.

We try hard to accomodate requests, but you can save lots of
heartache if you do a little homework first.

1. Verify that your requested room mates are actually going on the trip.
you can do this by looking at the Trip Roster Page

2. Make an agreement to room together. Every year we have
students who make their requests without checking with the other
parties. This can make for an uncomfortable situation.

3. Stick to your agreement. Once you have turned in the forms,
that should be it. We work hard to accomodate your first choice.
Don't expect as much effort if you change your mind.
