Coaches Meeting

There will be a preliminary coaches meeting on Thursday, April 23rd at 7:00 pm in the SEC Hospitality Suite area.  A complimentary meal will be served starting at 6:30 pm and we would appreciate if you could let us know if you are not planning on attending.  All important meet information will be presented and discussed during the meeting.  Please make every effort to be in attendance.  All questions will be answered at this time.

Additional coaches meetings will be hosted before all sessions of the State Meet.  These meetings are mandatory and will be conducted in the warm up gym during the open stretching times.

Open Workout

The competition and warm up gyms will be available for an open workout on Thursday, April 23rd from 2:00 pm till 6:30 pm.  Coaches must have their teams credentialed before they will be allowed on the floor.  Most importantly, coaches must be in attendance the entire time their gymnasts are working out.  No gymnasts will be allowed on the equipment without a coach.  Proper athlete dress is required during workout.
