Hospitality – Meals – Refreshments
Coaches
A hospitality area (Hospitality Suite I & II) will be available for all coaches, adult trainers, event staff, and Emil Milan. We will provide snacks, drinks and meals during both days of competition. Everyone must have the proper credential to enter the area.
Thursday Night Coaches Meeting
The official coaches meeting will be held in Hospitality Suite 1 and 2 starting at 6:30 pm. We will be providing a complimentary dinner for all coaches that attend.
Athletes
We will provide water/power aid at designated areas for all athletes during the competition.
Thursday Night Paid Athletes Dinner
A dinner will be provided for all athletes starting at 6:30 pm. The dinner will cost $7 and a meal ticket can be purchased at the registration area of the SEC. The dinner will take place in the SEC ballrooms. There will be no other meals available for athletes during the meet. Please try and e-mail to kgmuenz@garlandisd.net the number of athletes that will be eating.
