Credentials and Registration

The Special Event Center will be open from 2:00 pm till 7:00 pm on Thursday April 23rd for coaches to register and get credentialed. The entrance area (ticket area) is the site we will use to distribute all packets. Teams must be registered before they can enter the competition area. The registration process will include:

Meet Passes

All coaches, gymnasts, managers, and trainers must have the proper meet credential when entering the SEC and the credential must be visible. The credential will have the meet logo, school logo and persons name on it. Do not lose them. Please have all athletes, managers, and trainers listed on your entry form. There will be no extra credentials available at the meet.

Entry Fees

All entry fees must be paid at or before the first day of the meet. The fees are: $285 per team and $50 per individual qualifier.

Remember, all checks must be received before the start of the meet.
Receipts will be available for all transactions.

Meal Tickets

Athlete meal tickets for Thursday, April 23 can be purchased at $7 per ticket. The athlete meal will be provided during the official coaches meeting/dinner in the Ballroom area of the SEC. Checks made out to 2009 GISD State Meet or cash can be used for payment and receipts will be available for all transactions. There will be no other meals available for athletes at the meet.
