Advertise in Event Program

Expected attendance to the event is over 400 gymnastic competitors from throughout the state of Texas. The event will be held on April 24th & 25th in Garland at the Special Events Center.

Program Ad Order Form

Business Ads

Approximately 500 copies of the program will be printed. The program acts as a memento of the meet, with all participants’ names printed, as well as session times, past winners, and team pictures. Please provide camera-ready copy. Ads can be full page, half page, quarter page, or eighth page. All ads are 100% tax deductible.

Team Pictures

All high school teams can get their team picture in the program for a cost of $100 for a half page space. Like a high school yearbook, the state meet program acts as a memento of a team for their competitive year. It is our goal to get all teams entered in the meet a spot in the program.

Well-Wishers Ads – Senior Ads

Grandparents, parents, relatives, or friends can buy spots of different sizes to support their team, coach, or athlete. Action shots, baby pictures, or senior pictures can all be used to honor your senior athlete. This is a great way to say we love you.

Video Board Ads

All Business and well-wisher program ads can be upgraded to be broadcast on the 33 foot video board. The video board will feature 20 second spots throughout all sessions of the competition running ads, coach and team bios, past champions, as well as meet highlights.

Hospitality Packages and Goody Bags

We are also stuffing approximately 400 goody bags and hospitality packages for the event participants. Flyers, coupons, and age-content appropriate product will be accepted for goody bags. For a $50 donation we will place your ads or coupons in our goody bags. Coupons must be provided in sufficient quantity. Product placement or in kind donations of needed supplies will count for free advertising space in the event program
