Program Ads

Approximately 500 copies of the program will be printed. The program acts as an informational guide for the event including meet/session schedules, team entries, area businesses and also serves as a memento of the meet with team pictures, list of champions, participants, well wisher ads, and more.

Video Board Ads

The Garland Special Event Center features a 33 foot electronic video board that we will use to run power point spots throughout the entire meet. Each spot will last 20 seconds and will air repeatedly throughout the day. All Silver sponsors and above will have the opportunity to run ads on the video board.

VIP Status

Sponsors and their guests at the Gold Level and above will be admitted to the VIP suite provided by Speith Anderson where they can enjoy snacks and beverages while they watch the competition from a sky booth.

Event Tickets

Sponsors at the Gold Level and above will receive free event tickets for the two days of competition.
